YOGA – Exercise and Relaxation

YOGA is a gentle form of exercise that is suitable for all. You do not have to be fit, strong or supple to benefit from Yoga, though regular practice should help to make you all of these things.
A typical class or lesson will include breathing and relaxation exercises, some gentle stretching and meditation, with each element tailored to suit each person, so you can always find the combination that suits you best.
Yoga can promote mental health, flexibility, physical fitness and an active metabolism.
