Our 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme is a way of developing self awareness and self understanding. How Much does it cost?
The Oasis Centre provides affordable counselling to those of low income who otherwise would not be able to avail of counselling. The client and counsellor will agree a weekly fee that can be afforded by the client. No person will be denied counselling because of lack of finances.
Due to safety concerns relating to the increased Covid-19 risks , the decision has been taken to defer all workshops scheduled from now up to December 2021 at Oasis Centre.
As we are an essential service, our one to one counselling will continue with face to face sessions on the premises with ongoing covid-19 protocols in place including face mask wearing, temperature checks and requesting that anyone with any symptoms does not attend in person. Zoom & phone sessions can be offered in this case. Thank you for your patience at this difficult time.
